Designed by Georg Jensen in 1915, Jardinière 1505 was never put into production and has remained a sketch until now. The beautifully designed centerpiece was rediscovered in Georg Jensen's historic archives and brought to life by our skilled artisans.
Jardiniére 1505 represents a magnificent piece of artisanship, evoking the spirit of Art Nouveau with its shape and richly ornamented body. The bowl and case are hammered by hand to give an authentic touch to the piece in perfect contrast to the elaborate ornamentation featured on the Jardiniére. Finding inspiration in nature, Georg Jensen decorated his creation with grapes, wildflowers and leaves, each of which has been meticulously carved and sculpted from the precious metal to bring this truly unique and magical piece to life.
Jardinière 1505 is crafted entirely in sterling silver.
