Watch repairs

Watches within warranty

All watches that are still within warranty must be sent to our watch makers at our headquarters in Denmark. 
For warranty repairs, please contact Georg Jensen customer service at customerserviceUS@georgjensen.com.

Please find the repair process below.

Shipping label creation:
We will create a UPS shipping label and send it to you via email, along with customs and export information.

Sending the watch:
Please drop off your package at any UPS location for shipment to our headquarters in Denmark.

Repair Time Estimate:
Once we receive your item in Denmark, our repair team and watch maker will assess it and estimate the repair time.

Confirmation:
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your item and provide an estimated return date.

Return Shipment:
Once the repair is complete, we will ship the item directly back to you from Denmark.

 

Watches out of warranty

If your watch is no longer within warranty we kindly ask you to contact the watchmaker West Coast Watch Service Center or Watch Repair & Co who is our contractual partners for watch repairs in the US. Please find their contact details below.

Repair Estimate:
Once we receive your jewelry in Denmark, our repair team will assess it and provide an estimate for a potential repair cost and time.

Payment:
If the repair is no longer within warranty, you will receive a quote and a payment link via email. If it is a warranty repair, we will cover the charges. 

Approval:
Upon accepting the quote and repair time, and after making the payment, we will instruct our repair team to proceed with the repair.

Return Shipment:
After the repair is complete, we will ship the item directly back to you from Denmark.
