WATCH REPAIRS

WATCHES WITHIN WARRANTY

All watches that are purchased online and that are still within warranty must be sent to our watch makers at our headquarters in Denmark. 
For warranty repairs, please contact Georg Jensen customer service at onlinestore@georgjensen.com.

Please find the repair process below.

Shipping:
We will create a UPS shipping label and send it to you via email, along with customs and export information.

Sending the watch:
Please drop off your package at any UPS location for shipment to our headquarters in Denmark.

Repair Estimate:
Once we receive your watch in Denmark, our watch maker will assess it and provide an estimate for the repair time. If the defect is not due to a manufacturing fault, we will provide a quotation for the repair. Once a potential quote has been accepted, we will send you a payment link via email and we will instruct our watchmakers to proceed with the repair.

Return Shipment:
Once the repair is complete, we will ship the item directly back to you from Denmark.
