Georg Jensen A/S (”Georg Jensen” or “we”) will collect and process personal data about you as part of your cooperation with Georg Jensen in accordance with this privacy policy.

Collection of Personal Data

Georg Jensen will collect and process personal data about you, which is considered necessary for the administration of your cooperation with Georg Jensen.

The following personal data may be registered:

• Personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, social media profile name(s), etc.;
• Cooperation related information such as start of cooperation date, etc.;
• Financial information such as remuneration, bonus, if applicable, taxes, bank account number, etc.;
• Photos and videos.

Georg Jensen will only collect and process personal data about you, which is considered necessary for the administration of your cooperation with Georg Jensen on the basis of your Influencer agreement, where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests, as otherwise requested by you or on the basis of your consent. Your personal data may also be processed in order to comply with legal requirements or to establish or defend legal claims.

Processing of personal data

Georg Jensen may process your personal data for the following reasons:

• Administration of the cooperation, incl. remuneration;
• Assessment of the provided services;
• Compliance with legal, regulatory and other good governance obligations;
• Other legitimate business purposes.

With whom will my personal data be shared?

It order to pursue the above listed purposes your personal data may be made available to third parties providing relevant services under contract to Georg Jensen such as processors of expenses and other compensation information, data and analytics providers, IT hosting and maintenance providers. Such services providers will only process the personal data in accordance with our instructions.

Furthermore, your name, social media profile name / handle and your certain pictures or videos can be made available to Georg Jensen’s fans and followers via Georg Jensen’s social media profiles.

Some of your personal data may be disclosed to entities of Georg Jensen group other than the contracting entity for administration purposes.

Certain personal data may be reported to government authorities where required by law and for tax or other purposes or to insurance providers. Personal data also may be released to external parties as required by relevant legislation, or by legal process, to Georg Jensen’s legal advisers, as well as to parties you authorise Georg Jensen to release your personal data to. We will not sell your personal data to any third party.

Transfer of personal data

If your personal data is transferred to data processors, which are located in countries outside the EU/EEA, including group entities, not ensuring an adequate level of data protection, such transfer will be safeguarded by the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Otherwise you will be asked to provide your explicit consent to the transfer.

Storage of your personal data

As a general rule, your personal data will be kept for a period of 5 years following the end of the financial year in which the relevant remuneration, compensation for expenses or other payment was made, unless we are required to store such personal data for a longer period due to legal requirements, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven).

Your personal data may be stored for a longer period if necessary for the purpose of a specific claim or dispute.

We may process and store your data for a longer period than set out above in an anonymized form which means that we will no longer be able to refer the data back to you.

Your rights

You have a right of access to the personal data, which we process and store about you, subject to certain statutory exceptions. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the collection and request restriction of the processing of your personal data. In addition, you also have the right to require us to rectify or erase your personal data, if necessary.

Under certain circumstances, you may also request that we provide you with an overview of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and request us to transmit such data to another data controller.
